At Young Digitals, the Account Manager has responsibility over one of the teams that manage ongoing projects. Together with one Art Director, that will be your creative counterpart, you will coordinate your team in order to deliver a timely, high quality output that exceeds the client’s expectations. On the other hand, you will also need to shape those expectations by liaising with clients on a daily basis, making them feel guided and reassured.
Although you won’t be directly involved in business development, we expect you to be both reactive and proactive when it comes to upselling opportunities: you’ll need to be able to pick up a client’s needs and capitalize on them by collaborating with our Strategists and Business developers to craft new tailored proposals.
You’ll report to the Commercial Director giving an accurate overview on budgets and workflows.
Here’s a summary of what makes an ideal candidate:
- at least 2 years of experience in an agency in a similar role
- track record of profitable client management
- leadership attitude
- relational skills
- full professional proficiency in English and Italian
- sensitivity towards global digital trends - car owner
