The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities that are aligned with the long-term business goals of the Agency.
The BDM has accountability for the development of the business of the agency through the planning and implementation of all commercial activities for new Clients across the Agency portfolio.
You will be leading and coordinate all the activities related to securing new clients in order to drive the Agency business forward: scouting prospects, supporting in business development activities, formulating business proposals and delivering presentations.
The BDM reports to the CEO with senior strategic leadership in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment with the aim of winning new business. You will work by objectives within a team of Sales, Marketing and Creative professionals.
You will also works closely with other business functions, and in particular with the COO and the CFO, in coordinating the new business activities with the agency needs.
