Office Manager

We’re looking for a proactive, reliable Office Manager to organise office procedures and work at the front desk.

As Young Digitals’ Office Manager, your main duties will include liaising with third parties, selecting suppliers and file contracts.

As the person responsible for office spaces, you’ll be required to maintain the office condition and promptly arrange necessary repairs. You’ll be asked to organise the office layout, file stock inventories and order stationery, equipment and furnishings.

You will be the agency’s main touch point: you’ll welcome guests and provide them with information and customer service. You will manage inbound and outbound communication, including mail sorting.

You’ll also manage travel commitments and provide support in the organisation of our in-house and off-site events.
